In the initial phase of the relationship a responsible body will be allocated for implementation of contracted services. In the case of accounting services included:

• Collect all documentation weekly, biweekly or monthly on customer premises, which makes it more efficient. Alternatively, we have an outsourcing arrangement on the customer’s premises;
• Handling and delivery of all accounting documentation;
• Bank reconciliations;
• Clarification of urgent doubts;
• Compliance with tax obligations: delivery of the VAT return (Quarterly regime);
• Preparation of management support reports (contracted frequency);
• Doubt clarification sessions;
• Delivery of the Model 22 Income Tax Return;
• Delivery of IES Declaration – Simplified Business Information;
• Creation of Cost Centers.

As well as all other elements required by the companies and which are the responsibility of the Certified Accountant.
